Independent Animal Rescue’s Mission is to rescue, care for, and rehome cats and dogs in need throughout the triangle region through their foster and adoption, spay and neuter, and community-owned animal programs. These programs help thousands of cats and dogs each year and give vulnerable animals the care, stability, and second chances they deserve.
